ABOUT FRANCESCO ESPOSITO

I got my master’s degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Pavia (Italy), with a master’s thesis in Robotics and Real-Time Systems. This experience was fundamental in defining my professional interests and career objectives. It also oriented my Ph.D. at RETIS Lab (Real-Time Systems Laboratory) of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa, the center of excellence in Italy for Embedded and Real-Time Systems. During my Ph.D, I focused my research activities on Power Management of Real-Time and Distributed Systems, Embedded Systems, Real-Time Scheduling, MPSoCs, and Robotics. My Ph.D. thesis is available at RETIS Lab, as well as my publicationsMy technical skills and personal interests focus on embedded systems, device driver development (CAN, I2C, SPI, ADC, and PWM), RTOS porting, and ECU boot techniques (e.g, bootloaders). Other keywords featuring my professional profile are AUTOSAR, OSEK/VDX, MISRA-C:2004/2012, ISO26262, UDS, CCP, and SCRUM. In my most recent career, I have started and continue to focus on software quality and the improvement of internal processes for software management and development at OEM. This includes software quality assurance, software quality assessment, Automotive SPICE, code quality (e.g, MISRA, CERT), and process improvementCurrently, I work at Automobili Lamborghini as a Software Quality & Process Engineer, where I focus on the software quality of suppliers and the improvement of internal company processes characterized by software development.I\'m proactive, collaborative and enthusiastic. I always prefer a team working, where interpersonal relationships represent a key resource to meet final targets.
