ABOUT FRANCESCO ENRICHI

Francesco Enrichi, degree in Physics in (summa cum laude) and PhD in Materials Science in 2005 (ottimo), got the Italian National Academic Qualification (ASN) as Full Professor in three different fields of Experimental Physics of Materials, Inorganic Chemistry and Chemical Technologies and the ASN as Associate Professor in Physical Chemistry. He had the appointment of Head of the Optics and Characterization Technology Unit and responsible of the Optical Laboratory in Veneto Nanotech, the Italian Cluster for Nanotechnologies. He was Vinnmer Marie Curie Fellow at Luleå University of Technology (Sweden), Research Fellow at Centro Studi e Ricerche Enrico Fermi, Rome (Italy) and Ca\' Foscari University of Venice (Italy), Researcher at the National Research Council in Venice (Italy), Senior Researcher at the Department of Engineering for Innovation Medicine of the University of Verona (Italy), where he is now Associate Professor. He was involved in several International and National projects both as participant and as coordinator, and acted as external expert for the EU Commission. He published more than 120 scientific papers, a few book chapters and acted as Editor of a book on \"Solar cells and light management\" by Elsevier. He presented several oral contributions at international conferences, 15 as invited speaker. He was contract professor for more than 50 teaching activities in university and private courses both in Italy and abroad. He also deposited an Italian patent and International patent filings and founded in 2012 an innovative high-tech startup.
