ABOUT FRANCESCO DIBITONTO
Hi, I\'m Francesco, a Deep Learning Research Scientist. My main area of expertise is Efficient Deep Learning for Computer Vision applications. My career began at the Polytechnic University of Turin, where I worked on fine-grained Image Classification, Object Re-Identification, and eXplainable AI (XAI). At present, I work full-time at EVS. Here, my work and research spans multiple areas including Object Detection, Depth Estimation, Semantic Segmentation, and Model Compression methods tailored to Embedded Systems. In parallel, I am pursuing a PhD at the University of Verona, where my research is focused on Efficient Multimodal Learning (Vision + Language).🤖 On a personal note, I am very curious about Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Neuroscience and their possible intersections.
