I successfully started a new chapter of the company in the motorsport industry, serving as main local supplier for Extreme-E in Sardinia in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and directly managing F1H2O in 2022, 2023 and 2024. I directly manage operations pre, during, and post event coordinating a team of 100+ people among internal team and on-site suppliers.

ABOUT FRANCESCO DEMEGLIO
Working in the hospitality industry since the age of 16 with passion and determination.Lifeguard, waiter, barman, bellboy, receptionist, assistant manager, project manager and now managing at 360 degrees. Covering all these positions allowed me to gain experience meeting a broad range of guests’ needs, under both B2C and B2B perspectives.I earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and during the studies I had the opportunity to live one year in Madrid as an Erasmus student.Six days after my graduation I moved to UK, where I have been working as waiter and barman in Manchester and London and have significantly improved my English.In 2019 I decided to return to Italy in order to attend a Master Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management which materialised my desire of studying and focusing in a field I love and meeting great professionals of this industry. After 6 unforgettable years at Forte Village I decided to accept a new challange becoming project manager at Safari Sardegna: a small but fast-growing company operating in the event industry all around Sardinia.
