Leading revamping projects of used machines managing mechanical and pneumatic area of Technical Improvement Program (T.I.P.) delivering tailored technical enhancements to improve customer installed bases collaborating with external suppliers, several cross‑functional departments (Planning, Production, Quality, Sales and Purchasing teams) and 3 different production sites located in US, Brazil and China starting from the commercial quotation through the successful delivery and testing of the requested upgrades.• Designing and implementing machinery upgrades, resolving assembly challenges to ensure smooth and timely completion of improvement projects. Supporting remotely or on site the Commissioning Engineer for any kind of issues during the installation and testing phase of the new upgrades at customer site.• Conducting mechanical and pneumatic feasibility assessments and developing accurate costing evaluation for Customer Service Sales team ensuring both technical and financial viability. Studying and developing new T.I.P. and upgrades to propose to customers thanks to the collaboration with New Machinery, R&D and Customer Service Sales teams.• Adopting Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma procedures to internal processes, working closely with Operational Excellence department, for simplifying the interactions and the working methodologies of all the involved departments in Customer Service topics using Workflow technics and Data Analysis.
