Directly reporting to the Europe Operations Finance Manager, for the manufacturing plant based in Trieste, dedicated to innovation and new categories of products, I’m in charge of- Providing timely proactive financial evaluation, information and advice that enables Operations Department management to develop and execute effective plans and take informed decisions- Helping build strong financial and commercial awareness within the whole Operations function including an effective internal control environment- Managing and developing Operations Finance team to ensure delivery of financials, planning & reporting, controls and key projects & builds commercial awareness & insights- Responsibility for CapEx planning and monitoring in Operations- Maintaining good relationship with Local and Tax Authorities and controlling of financial information going out of the Company- Ensuring all members of the teams has development plans, annual objectives and regular performance discussions
