Lawyer in Italy and Spain - Italian and European Trademark attorney.I began my career specializing in anti-counterfeiting for prominent fashion and luxury brands. Concurrently, I developed my international network and managed international relations for the boutique IP firm where I worked. Over the years, I gained extensive experience in managing global IP portfolios, devising global TM filing strategies, handling prosecution, and managing domain name portfolios and procedures for dispute resolution.When the boutique firm was acquired by a major group, I was entrusted with managing relationships with foreign agents and overseeing the selection and development of reciprocal relationships with partner firms.In 2025, together with a group of colleagues with diverse areas of expertise, I founded BENCHES LAW — a firm that provides comprehensive legal services in intellectual property protection, with a specialized focus on anti-counterfeiting.
