Starting off in a junior role at Lincotek, I advanced internally over time, taking on various roles with differing responsibilities, culminating in my appointment as CEO of the North American Medical Device Division. Lincotek overall is a contract manufacturer for one stop shop solutions for OEMs in different businesses (Medical, IGT, Aviation). In my division, in the past 6 years, I led significant revenue growth and drastically expanded margins. I also helped bring in clients from all the major multi-billion dollar med device companies.
