In my current role I\'m a key person for the predictive maintenance of GE gas turbines installed in the major Shell LNG plants all around the world (Oman, Malaysia, Russia, Nigeria.). I lead GT Combustion and Hot Gas Path components inspections on site through a Condition Based Maintenance approach and I also support design\'s improvement of parts in order to extend the life of the capital parts. I develop site tailored maintenance plans based on the specific hardware capabilities installed in the specific site. I also use to lead RCA and FMEA to discover the reasons behind unexpected failure modes and finding the best long term solution. I have also a proven experience in VT/PT and borescopic inspection capabilities. To complete my profile I have also familiarity with reliability modeling and reliability tools (Weibull++,BlockSim, Alta, etc). I also technical support service agreement negotiations, providing the guidance to model the GT maintenance plans.
