High-level Executive with an extensive background in General Management, Sales & Marketing, Product and Project Management, R&D (SW and HW), HR, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Merge & Acquisitions, with over 25 years of experience primarily in the marine electronics industry (but not limited to that) and a comprehensive insight into business strategy and development. Over two decades of international responsibility that have developed and strengthened strong communication and leadership skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of international and local business, financial and legal practices. Proven track record of achieving bottom line results backed by the ability to establish effective goals and priorities, while providing the necessary support for success and effective communication at any level within the Company and with the market. Detail oriented and strong attitude for personal relationships, which has provided the framework for several turnarounds and a series of successes. Currently Chief Business Officer and Managing Director of a Dutch publicly traded Company in the geospatial and location intelligence industry, after over 20 years as Senior Manager, Director and more recently CEO of an Italian Company in the marine navigation and electronics industry and Vice President of the Group owning it.
