My focus is on identifying and acquiring high-potential properties and optimising them for long-term growth and profitability. I work closely with a select group of private investors, helping them build high returns through strategic investments. My passion it’s about finding the right opportunities, managing risks, and ensuring solid returns, while growing valuable assets over time. I enjoy the challenge of maximising property value and seeing projects evolve from potential to success.As well as the above I also am currently the Business Owner/ Director at Picnic Coffee Shop, Kiosk and Catering, South Queensferry. An Italian Coffee shop/ delicatessen, providing high-end fresh cuisine.We also offer an outside catering service for events of up to 200 people including business lunches, weddings and family gatherings. We produce fresh authentic food to suit all tastes with a smooth & efficient delivery service. Former President at BNI Building Bridges Chapter in Edinburgh.Previously Director of Food and Beverage at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba.Passionate about first class hospitality and luxury service.
