I am a passionate HR professional, currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stack Infrastructure, where I lead recruitment activities for the Italian market. I’m excited to contribute to the growth of an innovative and international company, while continuing to focus on candidate experience. Previously, I worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, as part of an RPO project for Sanofi, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, I managed end-to-end recruitment processes for the Italian head office and manufacturing sites. I was also involved in HR management, university relations, and employer branding events. My background includes experience as a Trainer, which has helped me develop strong communication and coaching skills. I’m deeply committed to helping individuals grow in their professional journey and to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
