I\'m a Lead Solution Engineer at Salesforce, working with financial services organisations to reimagine and transform customer engagement across sales, service and marketing. I enjoy helping my clients navigate their path to success with innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform. I have previous experience as a business process management (BPM) specialist at IBM, with skills in process modelling and automation, which involved working with clients across industries to optimise their processes and transform their operations to meet strategic business imperatives. I graduated from Loughborough University in 2013 with a 1st class degree in international business, which included an industrial placement year working in a worldwide marketing team for IBM. I also have field sales experience working for Virgin Media.Outside of my day job I am also a Certified Nutrition Consultant, having studied with the Oh Baby Academy.
