ABOUT FRANCESCA STANFORD
I developed a passion to improve ease of use through a product\'s design during my undergraduate psychology studies. This passion lead to me learning about the world of user experience and allowed me to combine my developed passion with my love of research. I am a now a self-motivated, experienced and passionate design researcher with a keen interest in improving people’s experiences with digital products. My background in psychology, and my experience working with a variety of people, means I always try to create exciting ways to engage the audience, to answer research questions and deliver insightful findings to stakeholders. I keep to deadlines well, and can break down complex problems into manageable tasks. I work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; both in the role of leader, delegating tasks and supporting fellow team members, and as a support to another project lead. I am dedicated to continually improving myself and others in my team, by developing, implementing and sharing my knowledge in areas including research and analysis skills, research operations and ways of working.
