ABOUT FRANCESCA SPENCE
I’m a Co-Founder of Still We Grow, a multidisciplinary consultancy supporting SMEs navigating growth, ownership change and increasing organisational complexity.Still We Grow was shaped through deep experience of navigating growth and transformation - including ownership transitions (EO, MBO, PE), succession, structural change and post-transaction growth. We support organisations at critical moments: from deciding on a suitable exit route, through early transition and reset, through to scaling and sustaining long-term value.Our work combines commercial rigour, structured diagnostics and well-designed programmes with a practical understanding of governance, decision-making, people and culture.
