As Co-Founder and CEO of Autimatic, I lead an impact-first company that connects exceptional autistic professionals with forward-thinking businesses across tech, pharma, finance, legal and consulting. We specialise in unlocking untapped potential in areas like data analysis, cybersecurity, software testing, and digital admin, all through a fully remote, part-time model for our consultants, which gives them the platform to achieve great things.At Autimatic, we don’t just place candidates, we also build inclusive systems within businesses. We partner with employers to reshape hiring, deliver workplace training, and ensure sustainable support structures are in place. From neurodiversity audits to strategic consulting, we help organisations turn inclusion into impact.

After starting my career in recruitment in Sydney, Australia back in 2008, I have always had an interest and passion for the world of work. Since most of us spend the majority of our time working, it is inevitable that work plays a key role in our happiness!Having diversified into recruiting for Artificial Intelligence and key Data roles within businesses, our team was a blend of experience, with one co-founder having worked in Palo Alto for 15 years, and the rest having international and UK-based recruitment experience.Incredibly, one goal that we all shared, was to help under-represented communities such as autistic individuals, back-to-work mums and military leavers into the tech sector as we were passionate about providing a re-entry or first entry-point into the market.Understanding we needed to focus more, we decided that representing the autistic community in the workplace was our shared passion and we launched Autimatic\'s first international office for the Belgian founders.
