I train new employees, produce new SOPs, and work routinely under GMP and GDocP regulations- March 2023: I attended the conference \"Innovation to deliver the best gene and cell therapies for patients\" and co-authored two posters related to the KPI (Key performance indicator) and a client project- January 2023: I attended the 33rd Annual Meeting ESACT-UK, representing PR & D analytics group of Oxford Biomedica.
