I collect the needs of the market to develop innovative solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform and, as Program Manager, I manage the most innovative projects based on Microsoft Technology I worked as a project manager and PMO for the Digital Transformation projects of a large insurance company. I focus on delivery my best skills: understanding of customer’s needs and team working. Previously, market vision and technical competence lead me to design and build the commercial proposal for a new CRM product based on Microsoft Dynamics dedicated to major insurance companies. My best skills are: • customer needs analysis • proposal development • negotiation • project management for delivery services and products development • project cost/profit analysis • customer satisfaction management Constant focus on innovation, communication and sharing information with people of my team comes from my experience as a researcher of a consortium of major Italian companies, where I had the opportunity to apply state of the art artificial intelligence technologies to steel industry plants, waste water treatment plants and satellite tracking systems.
