I manage and publish all online courses promoted by Maggioli and coordinate in-person events such as conferences, forums, and seminars in the fields of healthcare, construction, public procurement, and local police.I handle every stage of the process: participant support, hotel bookings, venue agreements, supplier coordination, cost planning, and creation and ordering of materials.I also oversee the implementation of dedicated websites for each event and actively collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote our initiatives.I use Word, Excel, Magento, and WordPress daily, developing strong organizational, digital, and cross-functional skills.
