ABOUT FRANCESCA FELIZIANI

In my current role, I wear three hats- As a Talent Assessment Consultant, I work directly with clients globally on leadership, succession, and critical talent decisions, helping them make sense of complexity- As part of the European Assessment team, I support colleagues across the region, influencing business development and solution design through expertise and collaboration rather than formal authority- As part of the Assessment Centre of Excellence, I work closely with the global assessment team, our platform experts, and our researchers and psychometricians to build assessment solutions grounded in real market needs. My contribution is not extreme attention to detail or exhaustive depth on a single element. Instead, I bring context, critical thinking, and the ability to connect the dots. I may not spot every typo, but I will notice inconsistencies, early signals of risk or potential, and questions that are worth slowing down for.I value honest dialogue over perfect answers, and I believe in the generative power of relationships. Sometimes the most valuable contribution is being able to say, “I don’t know yet, let’s figure it out together.”
