In addition to my private practice of Chi Nei Tsang, Chi Kung and Reiki, I also offer personalized wellness programs for my clients which include counseling on nutrition, hydration, elimination, meditation, exercise, and emotional release writing. I offer certification programs in Chi Nei Tsang and Reiki locally as well as abroad, and have taught CNT practitioner classes as well as Self-Care Classes at the CHIness Centre in Brussels, Belgium, and Bleu Haven Healing Arts in Traverse City, Michigan.
