ABOUT FRANCESCA ESKINA
Hi, I’m Francesca Eskina (Fra for short), and my last name is pronounced \"YES-KI-NA.\" I hold a BSc in Economics from the University of Bologna, where I graduated with top marks (110/110), and a MSc in Digital Transformation Management under the Computer Engineering and Economics departments at the University of Bologna. With an internationally-focused background, I’ve studied and worked in China, the U.S, the U.K, Russia, and Italy, which has enriched my perspective. I’m fluent (or just needs to be refreshed) in four languages—Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Italian, and English—and chose to pursue Economics in Italy at age 18 for a global education. Currently, I work as a Junior Business Analyst at Ludovico Martelli S.p.A, I manage key commercial processes within the Sales Unit. As a Junior Business Analyst in the Italian Sales Unit, I collect and analyze data from diverse sources to uncover patterns and insights that drive commercial decisions and enhance business processes. I specialize in automating reports and optimizing data flow using SAP BO and Excel, presenting actionable insights to upper management. My role includes analyzing sales performance, supporting over 20 Key Account Managers with SAP Analytics Cloud for demand planning and forecasting, and developing BI solutions in Power BI and SAP BO. I collaborate closely with Logistics, Sales, and National Key Accounts to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment. My ambition is to further develop my expertise in data-driven decision-making and business analytics, ideally as an analyst in a global team. Outside work, I enjoy running (just hit my goal of running a 20k with a pace of 6:15 min/km), swimming, gym and music. I\'d love to create content online and I\'m currently working towards it.
