In the field of Human Resources I have gained significant experience in the areas of Recruiting, Training, Development and Personnel Management in various companies, medium and large. Over the course of my experience I have gradually strengthened my specialist skills and have grown to conquer roles of ever-increasing management responsibility. I was in charge of work teams with many collaborators that I managed in full autonomy and with a view to developing their professional career. I was responsible for large budget in the Selection, Training, Development and Welfare areas. The organizational contexts with which I measured myself have been progressively more structured and complex, both for the number of employees and for relations with internal / external interlocutors of different institutional and non-institutional levels. After dealing with different roles and organizational realities, I want to acquire a wider managerial role in challenging contexts.
