ABOUT FRANCESCA REDIGHIERI
I’m a London-based Actress, Producer, and Creative project manager working across performance, film, and socially-driven audiovisual work.My practice sits at the intersection of storytelling and impact. Alongside my work as a performer, I co-founded Pred ETS — a youth-led organisation dedicated to developing accessible, culturally-driven projects that challenge how audiences experience and engage with art. Our work spans immersive podcasts, short films, live events, and educational programmes, with accessibility integrated from the very beginning of the creative process.Over the past year, I’ve led and coordinated productions that bring together artists, institutions, and communities — from producing immersive experiences such as Esposti, to developing training-based projects with schools, and supporting complex shoots in fast-paced environments as Assistant Director. I’m particularly interested in work that blends artistic quality with social purpose, and in building processes that are both inclusive and creatively ambitious. As a performer, I work across stage, screen, and immersive theatre, with experience ranging from large-scale institutions such as the National Theatre and One Great George Street (Institution of Civil Engineers) to site-specific and touring productions. My acting practice continues to shape my approach to production — grounding my work in emotional truth, collaboration, and a strong sensitivity to performers and audiences alike.I’m driven by collaboration, detail, and the belief that powerful storytelling doesn’t have to be grand to be meaningful — it just has to be honest.
