Business Process and Organization Redesign: For major multinational clients, I led comprehensive assessments of As-Is processes, analyzing effort allocation and identifying key inefficiencies. I was responsible for designing optimized To-Be processes and restructured organizational charts, defining new roles and responsibilities. Project Management: I played a pivotal role in an ERP migration project for a leading Italian retailer:As the PMO, I designed and implemented the project\'s governance framework, facilitated workshops, coordinated cross-functional stakeholders, and managed regular briefings with executive sponsors. I led the mapping of As-Is retail and aftersales processes and crafted optimized To-Be scenarios. Related to change management activities, I identified key organizational impacts and developed a comprehensive mitigation strategy to ensure a seamless transition.
