ABOUT FRANCESCA NIOSI

I am a Solution Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience working with Media & Publishing companies, with a focus on their subscription solution modernisations.Since the start of my career my focus have been implementation projects, first in the role of CSM and later in the role of PM. I have managed a portfolio of 20+ customers, as well as successfully delivered 15+ projects in the role of project lead, on a variety of profiles, from well established, industry names to greenfield customers moving towards content monetisation. My experience in Customer Success has shaped my approach to Project Management, as it\'s allowed me to build a baseline of knowledge I employ daily to provide valuable advice to customers, as well as understand their business goals and requirements to a deeper level.As a PM, I\'m proactive, communicative and thorough. I employ both traditional Waterfall methodologies as well as Agile, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with customers to meet their goals as well as provide any additional support and consultancy in future efforts. With my previous experience in implementations, within my first year in the role I\'ve managed projects of all sizes, from greenfield implementations to complex programmes for customers with a total ACV of $1.5+.Certifications.
