My task is to make it easier for Italian and international companies to approach the Turin University and take advantage of its vast and multidisciplinary research competences, acting as a liaison officer between industries and researchers.Part of my job is to develop new ways to build effective and long-lasting partnerships of the Turin University with corporations.I designed and implemented the companies CRM (< 1,300 contacts); I make daily company visits; I organize 1to1 meetings and events to facilitate connections between researchers and companies.Some of the recent projects1. Design and development of the organizational value proposition of UniTo\'s most challenging initiative towards the local ecosystem, the Butterfly Area of ​​the new Scientific Campus of Grugliasco2. Conception, design and coordination of the initiative Scientific Platforms@UniTo, a new model of scientific aggregation on frontier innovation topics3. Development of an industry-academia partnership to grow a hub of skills and knowledge on the analysis of human behavior in the aerospace sector in Turin (currently based on 3 doctorates from 3 different departments and 3 allied companies on this topic).
