Simple Solution Consulting recognizes that everyone has persistent challenges, but the right solution those challenges isn’t always solved by looking at what others have done. Our team takes the time to talk to your people, walk in their shoes, and understand your culture an impact in your community. Our team is dedicated to bringing to bear our experience as operators, administrators, clinicians, and corporate process experts to solve your challenges in your image. Currently focused on supporting health systems in the areas of Clinical Cohesion, Program Design, Payor & Billing, and Workforce Solutions.Recent examples include:Regional Health System: Overlapping strategic consultants created a series of changes that left the care coordination team without definition and direction. Simple Solution was engaged as “an extension of the management team’” to identify challenges and roadblocks which kept care coordination from effectively running the intended program. Our team was brought in specifically to be an operational support team due to ‘consulting fatigue’.Phased Community Health Initiative: Designed an integrated community health initiative which started with a tiered Paramedicine intervention program. The initiative progressed through an emergency department intervention program coordinated between area 911 dispatch and designated home health and paramedicine partners. Workforce Wellness: Truly engaging and retaining your workforce goes beyond the realm of reviews and surveys. The best wellness programs combine traditional actions with areas like corporate responsibility, community engagement and strong communication programs. Each program our team designs is as unique as the health partner we serve.
