ABOUT FRANCESCA MOORE
I have spent the last 12 years working for Nuffield Health in many different roles, ending up as Head of Development Platforms, managing 5 teams of engineers and product leads. I am a very versatile leader who thrives on developing others and making a difference to peoples lives. I have had the absolute pleasure of creating my own Graduate Programme where I helped develop 33 graduates grow into their own careers, which for me was hugely fulfilling and rewarding. My ethos is to lead through empowerment and encouragement trusting the teams and leaders to develop and evolve, always challenging the status quo for improvements and innovation. I am particularly skilled at scaling up teams and turning ineffective teams around or generally improving performance and outcomes, I concentrate on Best Practice and governance to ensure the best quality of delivery. I am now looking for my next opportunity where I can continue to challenge myself and grow whilst making a positive impact on those around me.
