I manage Risk Assessment Documents (DVR - ita) and Unified Risk Assessment documents for interferences (DUVRI – ita) for Italy Regional premises and related technical measurements required by the law, support in OHSAS, ISO and SOA certifications for external audits, arrange and deliver EHS Mandatory trainings required to all staff, supports in bidding process for EHS matters ( supported bidding qualification towards Open Fiber, supported Solar Inverter Dept for bidding qualifications towards Enel) Drafting of official company risk assessment docs (DVR, DUVRI); Drafting of Company Safety procedures; Drafting of Emergency Plan; Coordinate Regional Offices inspections with Company Doctor; Satisfy employees needs in terms of Safety doubts; Arrange all H&S mandatory trainings (manage 800 employees between local staff, agency workers and expatriate staff coming from China); Attend mandatory meetings in order to be compliant with law requirements Support Admin Dept in order to deliver technical measurement (microclimate, Electromagnetic fields, Formaldehyde, noise, Legionella) in office environment; Support the company in achieving BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification, ISO 30415;
