Greetings! I\'m Francesca, an enthusiastic Product Manager and Interaction Designer hailing from the vibrant design landscape of Italy. Here, I applied the agile methodology to develop a digital solution to support governmental inspectors in ensuring online shop compliance with European regulations. The scalability of this product has garnered attention at the EU Commission, signifying its potential impact beyond German borders.I wear the hat of a teaching assistant at Politecnico di Milano, guiding aspiring designers in adopting agile methodologies for product development and user validation strategies. Proudly based in Munich, I serve as AI Product Manager at Frog part of Capgemini Invent. In this role, I collaborate daily with exceptional designers, strategists, and engineers transforming innovative AI solutions from concept to reality.
