I am an Associate Director in the CBRE Human Capital consulting practice which helps organisations optimise their workforce, workplace experience and culture to drive business performance. As a relatively new practice area, my focus is to scale our current service proposition.I specialise in human-centred experience design, which applies a design thinking approach to co-create thoughtful and intentional workplaces that people actually want to spend time in. I love navigating ambiguity to solve complex problems in a creative and innovative way - two of my client projects have been shortlisted for the Management Consulting Awards.Alongside that, I\'m also building ALIGN to help women design a life-aligned career - whether that\'s pivoting, starting their own business or diversifying to create a career portfolio. I firmly believe that where and how you work has a fundamental impact on your health, wellbeing and general enjoyment of life.
