My ideal position sees me working alongside executive leadership, translating strategy into sustainable change across the organisation. A diverse range of skills and experience and can wear multiple hats, with a particular focus on value creation and client development. A former CEO once described me as \"all about the humans\". Ever since, I\'ve consciously dialled up what had been an instinctive people-centred approach to leadership and transformation. Designing interactive sessions to drive collaboration, coaching diverse programmes teams, aligning board members around stretching goals. whatever the mission, the human journey forms the backbone of my approach. Because people are the key to success, whatever the solution. This approach is underpinned by 12 years change and consulting experience across different industries and functions - most recently operational and commercial transformation within the transport sector. Once I’ve worked with senior leaders to define the high level roadmap - which must be tied to the strategy - my ops improvement background enables me to translate this into functional solutions. This is in collaboration with teams so they are part of the transformation, and it’s this ownership that drives lasting change.
