Working in Learning & Development, people are at the heart of everything I work on, and I am passionate about enabling equal learning opportunities with creativity to create unique learning experiences and empower growth. Experience includes L&D partnering, learning content design and creation, technical skills framework development, facilitation, project management, engagement, communication, LMS configuration, and more. Tools experience includes Articulate, Canva, Vimeo, MS 0365, Jira, etc. Gender Parity is a cause important to me, which is why designing and coordinating the Aspiring Female Leaders Programme with a team is something I particularly enjoy. As co-chair of our ERG in addition to my core L&D role, I lead network connects and initiatives and as part of a community of colleagues to drive diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Having lived in Amsterdam for nearly 6 years, being part of an international, multi-cultural community is essential to me and I have been fortunate to work in global organizations and collaborate with colleagues from around the world and in cross-functional projects and roles which have also required travel which I relish.
