About Francesca Gambato
Francesca’s introduction to the world of Food started at a young age, developing and nurturing her passion and knowledge for this vibrant industry through the years. After receiving a BA in Communications and Marketing in 2014, Francesca pursued an MA in Food Culture and Communication, presided by the Slow Food Movement. These studies informed a deep understanding of the narratives and marketing dynamics that move the Food industry. Francesca’s desire to remain connected to her roots in Gastronomy led her to explore different regional food cultures. She has supported producers in and around Italy, working with farms, wineries, restaurants, and olive groves. She also obtained a sommelier certification and worked in the marketing department of Michelin starred Alajmo Group. She believes that helping small farms find their voice and telling stories about the magic of the land is a powerful way to educate an increasingly global market in generating more healthy and sustainable food habits.
