While working as the head of telecoms for mobile reselling I opened the fixed line department for Pop Telecom which the company did not have a division for including setting up the link between ourselves and Openreach and the UKs major networks.Setting up a customer service and sales departmentImplementing a billing system, CRM and sales ledger.I passed the day to day running of this to a customer service and sales manager in January 2015 after 6 years of management.I played a key part in developing and implementing the systems to become an MVNO for a number of networks.I now offer consultancy work with this company part time after leaving the full time position in 2021
