ABOUT FRANCESCA DE MAGGIS

As an associate at BlackRock, I apply my data science skills and knowledge to deliver business data management solutions for Aladdin clients. Aladdin is a leading platform for investment management and risk analysis that supports the entire investment process. I have a master\'s degree in data science and statistics from Università Bocconi, one of the top universities in Europe for economics and finance. Before joining BlackRock, I worked as a financial engineer and an implementation and account manager at Rationis, a fintech company that provides technology solutions for asset management and wealth management firms. There, I was involved in implementing Rationis tech solutions for new clients, customizing functionalities based on clients\' needs, and conducting R&D on predictive financial econometric models. I also have skills in marketing data analysis and Seaborn, a Python library for data visualization. I am passionate about using data to solve complex problems, create value, and drive innovation in the financial industry. I am also fluent in Italian, English, and French, and have a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE). My core competencies include data analysis, data visualization, client service, project management, and communication.
