In Professional Products Division (PPD) looking after the brands Kerastase, Shu Uemura, Pureology & Pulp Riot. My role involves ownership of 4 brand catalogues and their procurement in alignment with our demands. I have to ensure we have sufficient safety stock to mitigate risks where demand fluctuates, and replenish out of stocks in a timely matter, whilst managing difficult lead times and subcontracting for the US brands. I proactively monitor and analyse risks to the brands stock cover and provide reports to inform the wider business and influence decisions. I am also responsible for closely managing aged, slow moving and obsolete stock to ensure minimal destruction in alignment with the sustainability strategy L’Oréal for the future. On top of my professional responsibilities, I am the social lead for the wider planning team and the supply chain representative for the whole of the PPD division social committee.
