I provided numerous volunteer services over the last 9 years, including (but not exhausting):Teaching and helping coordinate a Seattle city-wide \"Yoga Rave\";Participating in United Nations \"Youth Ambassador\" Summit in 2008, NYC;Cooking and coordinating meals and small teams on silence-meditation retreats on 3 courses;Creating and leading \"moonlight meditation\" workshops monthly at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR);Co-organizing multiple medium (<50) and small (<25)\"Art of Breathing\" and \"Art of Meditation\" courses for students at UNR;Presiding as President of the Art of Living Club 20••••08, which won award as \"Club of the Year\" with a financial stipend;Seeking and securing thousands of dollars in scholarship funding for student tuition to attend courses;Training and volunteer restoration post-Hurricane Katrina, teaching healing and restorative breathing and yoga techniques to traumatized citizens.
