Self-employed consultant providing corporate services in two main areas for a number of clients:• HR services: Advising and supporting company owners and department managers on all aspects of people management including: implementing and advising on HR policies and procedures; providing guidance on employee relations activities, including performance and absence management, discipline and grievance issues and managing the full circle of transactional HR processes including but not limited to recruitment, on boarding, compensation and benefit structures, monthly payroll and the exit process.• Co-secretary: Delivering key co-secretary functions across a number of jurisdictions including Company House filings, board meeting (UK, US, Barbados, Singapore) and managing the liquidation process of a number companies (UK, Cayman Islands, Ghana, Indonesia, Panama and Mexico). Performing company compliance functions including KYC checks and performing anti bribery reporting and training.
