I am a qualitative researcher with a keen interest in how people think and feel and how this impacts their behaviour. I work with a wide range of clients, across industries to answer and address key questions and challenges. Day to day my responsibilities include- Overseeing large scale research projects that cover different methodologies and multiple markets - Designing research materials such as discussions guides, questionnaires or observational frameworks - Moderating qualitative research (focus groups, in depth interviews, shopalongs, intercepts etc,) both online and in person - Analysing research results and creating compelling outputs to share with clients - Working closely and seamlessly with large teams, including managing more junior members allowing them to grow and develop their skills - Developing new business opportunities by responding to client briefs and supporting them to design a research program that enables them to make better decisions
