With 25+ years of Human Resources experience, Frances has supported many business segments including Corporate and Institutional Bank, Marketing, Asset Management Group, Operations, Credit Risk and Retail. As a Human Resources professional, she has held senior level positions in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition & Sourcing, and WorkLife. Currently as a Director of Leadership Development, Frances partners with the business to create a talent-focused culture that develops all employees and delivers both business and talent results. With a focus on innovation and agility, her banking career has led to numerous start-up roles.Frances served on the Board of Trustees for her Alma Matter, Washington and Jefferson College, and is a former board member of The Victims of Violence and Crime. She also completed the Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan in In 2011, Frances received the Maurice Cleveland Waltersdorf Award for Innovative Leadership from Washington and Jefferson College
