In this role, I support physicians and patients throughout the entire fertility treatment process while managing key clinical, administrative, and patient-facing responsibilities. I work across multiple departments—including monitoring, third-party reproduction, finance, and lab operations—to ensure accurate documentation, smooth workflows, and exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:*Document physician consultations, procedures, diagnostic results, and treatment plans in real time*Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and via email to provide guidance, education, and support*Prepare referral letters, coordinate outside providers, and complete clerical/administrative tasks*Review charts for accuracy and compliance with medical and legal standards*Organize clinical data for quality reporting, patient follow-up, and research initiatives*Assist patients with insurance navigation, financial consultations, and prior authorizations*Observe and assist with fertility procedures (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, IUIs, hysteroscopies, and more)
