I am a partner in the Litigation and Appellate Practice Group in the Holland & Knight Miami office. I practice in the areas of local government, commercial and insurance litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Holland & Knight. Over my 30 year career as a litigation, I have argued hundreds of appeals in Florida\'s District Courts of Appeal; Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Miami-Dade and Broward Circuit Court Appeals Division. Additionally, I have been lead or co-counsel in jury trials while counsel for State Farm Insurance Companies. I am also certified by the Florida Supreme Court in civil circuit mediation.
