ABOUT FRANCES REULAND
I am a community-focused and results-driven student-athlete with a strong passion for coaching and the sports industry. As a collegiate soccer player at Xavier University studying sport management with a minor in coaching education, I have developed strong time-management, leadership, and communication skills while balancing the demands of academics and high-level athletics. My outgoing personality allows me to build genuine relationships and contribute positively to any team or community environment.Soccer has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. My first word was even “ball.” Through my experiences in club, high school, and collegiate soccer, I have been fortunate to learn from many influential coaches who shaped not only the player I became, but also the person I am today.Those experiences inspired my passion for coaching. I enjoy working with youth players and helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. After my playing career, my goal is to continue giving back to the sport that has had such a meaningful impact on my life by helping the next generation grow both on and off the field.
