Contract role on an as needed basis working with clients referred for the \"Be Your Own Boss\" start-up programme, to identify and achieve the steps needed to develop a completed business plan focused on delivery of a sustainable, successful business- working alongside each client breaking down the business planning process, help develop the plan andfinally produce a comprehensive fit-for-purpose business plan- provision of technical business support and training to upskill clients in different aspects of running abusiness including, but not limited to, budgeting and finance, marketing, insurance and tax, businessrequirements and regulation- provision of coaching and in-business mentoring support to keep the client on track, motivated and able to continue through their self-employment start up- assessment and vetting of completed business plans (including supporting material) according to set criteria and advising of recommended course of action.
