Previously, she was in the forefront of creating solutions and integrated marketing programs for brands managing direct and programmatic sales development initiatives for US Hispanic and LATAM in an effort to increase overall revenue.She launched her career in advertising media at MEC (now Wavemaker) where her skills quickly earned her a promotion as well as a talent swap at the Global Solutions office in London. She handled clients such as Mercedes Benz, Sony Ericsson, Mexico Tourism, Citibank, United International Pictures (Europe) for Latam and EMEA markets during her tenure.Loving all things digital led her to her next post at The Wall Street Journal where she designed and implemented comprehensive strategic digital media plans for Latam, boosting revenue by 304% in 2011 with continued growth of 40% the following year. She has also held positions in Fox Latin America Channels and A&E Ole Networks in the Ad Sales division. Frances is fluent in English and Spanish with working proficiency in French and Portuguese.
