With over 25 years of experience working in multicultural environments, I have built a career at the intersection of sustainability, ethical trade, and business development. My work has connected me with harvesters, farmers, and artisans around the world — from wild-collected plants to agricultural commodities, handicrafts, and more recently ingredients for the cosmetics and fragrance sectors.My background spans financial analysis, due diligence, and lending, having managed loan portfolios for producers and fair trade buyers across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. This required preparing detailed reports, assessing business models, and ensuring financial sustainability. I also have extensive experience in impact reporting, data analysis, certification, and supply chain support. This has included designing and implementing environmental and social performance monitoring frameworks, developing practical reporting tools, analysing data to identify risks and opportunities, guiding organisations through certification processes, and providing tailored support to strengthen supply chain visibility and resilience.Throughout my career, I have worked alongside collectors’ organisations, traders, and international brands to promote sustainable sourcing practices and ethical business conduct. Whether advising on certification pathways, developing monitoring frameworks, or building partnerships, I aim to create supply chains that protect biodiversity, support local communities, and deliver lasting impact.Passionate about climate action, sustainable agriculture, and social empowerment, I continue to explore new ways to align business with positive change.
