My mentoring style is practical, supportive and people-centred, offering a calm space for honest conversation, decision-making and steady progress.Alongside my mentoring, I’m also the founder of Bathing in Business - a relaxed networking community based in Shropshire that brings business owners together for real conversations and genuine support. It’s a space where people can show up as they are, share the highs and the hard bits, and build meaningful connections without pressure to pitch or perform.Whether I’m working one-to-one or hosting a room full of business owners, my focus is the same: creating supportive spaces where people feel heard, encouraged and able to move forward in a way that feels right for them.

I’ve always worked best with people.Whether I’m supporting customers through a bathroom renovation, working behind the scenes to grow Ash Plumbing & Bathrooms, mentoring a small business owner who feels overwhelmed, or bringing people together through Bathing in Business, the thread running through everything I do is the same: helping people feel supported, understood and more confident than they thought they were.I’m the Business Development Manager at Ash Plumbing & Bathrooms, a family-run, SBS Award-winning business based in Shropshire. I stepped into the business to support my husband Dave, and together we’ve grown a strong, values-led company built on trust, care and doing things properly. I’m involved in the day-to-day running of the business, from client relationships and marketing through to systems, strategy and business development.Alongside this, I mentor small business owners who are juggling a lot - often more than they ever say out loud.My mentoring work grew naturally from the conversations I was already having. I saw how isolating running a business can feel, especially when you care deeply about what you do. I help people slow things down, untangle their thoughts, quiet the noise and make decisions with more clarity and confidence. I’m practical, honest and steady - someone people can talk things through with without judgement.Community building is a huge part of my work too.I’m the founder of Bathing in Business, a relaxed, welcoming networking community for small business owners in Shropshire who want connection without the pressure of traditional networking. It’s a space for real conversations, mutual support and genuine relationships - and watching it grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey so far.Everything I do is people-centred.I care about how people feel when they work with me.
