Working closely with the Head of Production and Creatives to forecast projects accurately, and assist Producers in management of their individual project budgets; ensuring spends are kept on track, accurately reconciled, and filed correctly.• Line management to a team of Production Coordinators and Production Managers.• Attending kick off meetings, taking minutes. Tracking action points and following up with Producers when necessary.• Working closely with the Head of Production and Lead Editor to help manage schedules and resourcing.• Managing production paperwork and finance processes with meticulous attention to detail; including monthly reconciliation, Risk Assessments, legal and insurance documentation, permits, call sheets, H&S guidelines, releases, etc.• Assisting Producers/Art Director in the purchase and logistics of set design, props, and wardrobe.• Managing and maintaining workflows. Developing new ways to ensure the Production workflows are running most efficiently.Promoted to Senior Production Manager in Apr 2025
